Plant milk is a general term for any milk-like product that comes from a plant source. There is no formal or legal definition for this product, of which the most common variety is soy milk, but we discourage its consumption since this crop is causing several damages to health and the environment. There are a number of reasons for consuming non-dairy milk, including lactose intolerance, religious beliefs, taste preference, veganism, and a desire to avoid animal milk.
Here, a couple of recipes:
1) How to make almond milk?
Place 15 almonds in water and leave them for approximately 12 hours. to activate them.

The average duration is about 2 to 3 days (although they can last a few more days), well covered in a bottle in the refrigerator, preferably glass, although in plastic bottles they also keep well.
